I have always loved to cook but my fear of making bread is now over. It is really easy to do thanks to some encouragement from my friend Maud. She is from Paris so bread is pretty much second nature to her. I have a good teacher!

I Loved this story for French Vogue. It really sets the mood for Spring Summer. The colours are like fruit punch and Daria is just beautiful as a 60s (Vegas) chantuese. Vegas seems to be a huge inspiration for Spring. Especially Elvis in his not so hot years. I never thought that those white embellished bell bottoms would be desirable but Balmain has re made them and they are..gorgeous.

This bandana shirt was one of my favorite purchases last spring and the jeans were bought in the fall. I pretty much live in jeans. I like to wear girly stuff too, but always with a casual, laid back vibe.

Inbetweeners

I passed my driving test today. I have actually held a California license for a long time but-unfortunately I have had to pretty much start all over. Driving in London is really different for obvious reasons. Anyways, I found my dream car! Getting insurance might be a problem. I wonder if my car seat fits in the back? Ha Ha

The images in this book, plus the personal memoirs of her long career are reminiscent of a time when fashion was less of a business and more about creativity and fantasy. She never compromised her vision and played it safe...Thank god for that!

My Bobble

I have found my new bobble sooo useful. I think that the bottled water market is really wasteful. This bpa free plastic bottle is both stylish and refillable AND it purifies the nasties from tap water as well. They come in lots of colours and sizes and even do jugs for home use.  I have bought the blue one, but at yoga yesterday I noticed my neighbour had a mini one in Red Green and Gold. Now I kind of need the Rasta bobble. The creator of this fun little accessory (from New York) totally got it right.

Seriously Good

I loooove this cleanser. I was surfing the aisles of my local health food shop and struck gold! It is Camelia and Rose gentle hydrating cleanser from Pai. This product smells divine, which despite the fact that it really works,is reason enough to love. This is especially  good if your skin is really dry and sensitive. I am telling you, once you try this you will be hooked. I was so impressed with this that I am really keen to try some more of their products.

 These are the things that I NEED every day. I used to use Chanel foundations, but the Tom Ford Traceless foundation is my new best friend. It is very sheer but does cover the redness. Regardless of what type of skin day I am having,it makes me look fresh. Plus, the foundation brush is awesome. I have tried a million different lip balms but always return to Carmex, a trusty fav with SPF. The other two products make me look alive. Chanel's bronzers are not too orange or brown and the colours can double up as warm eyeshadow. I use the Bobbi Brown Pot Rouge on cheeks and lips and the best colour is...Powder Pink of course!

I have wanted these boots for a while. They sell out so quick! I really wanted the black but couldn't get hold of them. The camel colour is divine as well...hmmm soo I factored in the cost per wear policy(bit the bullet) and got them.
