When my skin goes to hell in a hand basket, this product really calms, hydrates and helps eliminate toxins from the skin. All the Darphin products are pretty lush. Massage in for a couple minutes at night. I recommend massaging the face daily to get the circulation going and to drain lymph. Right now my skin is really dry and sensitive so I will be forgoing my night time exfoliation and just using this.
